Sisa Ngebulana
An admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Sisa founded the Billion Group in 1998 and Rebosis in 2010, was a past president of the South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC), and past director of the Attfund group, Truworths International and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). With deep roots in construction, Sisa has single handedly developed a number of regional shopping malls in South Africa, including Hemingways Mall, Forrest Hill City, Mdantsane City, B.T. Ngebs City and with Abacus Bay West City in Port Elizabeth.
Roger Donaldson
Roger has immersed himself in buildings, property, high net-worth executive and commercial insurance. He has been a Director of property insurance ventures and head of property with intermediaries in the insurance industry. Roger is the founder of Donaldson Group and has made an indelible mark in the sectional title insurance environment and is a dynamic financial services provider spreading its wings into the Life and Investments sectors. As an entrepreneur, he has played fundamental roles in defining new ventures, designing client specific commercial insurance portfolios and optimising customer experience.
